PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Coordinator for International Education Programs would support the planning, operations and expansion of ADL’s education programs in Europe, and potentially in Latin America and other regions.
Responsibilities
Primary:
- Coordinating logistics and calendar for Words to Action (WTA) trainings and seminars and anti-bias trainings and seminars.
- Marketing the WTA program to European Jewish youth and student groups and supporting marketing of anti-bias programs to corporations, including social media promotion. Potential to expand to other regions, including Latin America.
- Coordinating with organizations that will host trainings and seminars.
- Coordinating with trainers, including scheduling and managing trainer invoicing and payments.
- Maintaining records of seminars.
- Updating marketing materials.
- Coordinating logistics for train-the-trainer seminars.
Secondary:
- Provide logistical and other support for general programs and activities in Europe and Latin America.
- Provide support for potential future education programs.
Qualifications
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and administrative abilities.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing, social media platforms.
- Strong program management skills.
- Computer skills, including word processing and database management
Work Experience:
- The ideal candidate has experience in program management or support or a related field and has the ability to demonstrate an increase in skills and expertise/knowledge in previous roles.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education/Training or a related field of professional training or equivalent work experience.
Work Environment:
- ADL COVID-19 Protocol (updated periodically): ADL is adhering to public health guidance regarding COVID-19. ADL will require that all employees are vaccinated with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations. ADL is requiring proof of vaccination. ADL is a hybrid environment; this role may require 3 days in the office if in the U.S., or may be performed remotely in Europe.
Compensation:
- This position has a salary range of $40,000 to $70,000. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York, New York. Please note that actual salaries are commensurate with experience and reflect the budget for a given position, and since ADL has a location-based compensation structure, there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
