Counsel

The organization seeks an in-house Counsel to join its Litigation Center, focusing on federal and state lawsuits challenging laws and regulations. The role involves handling amicus and regulatory litigation, developing case strategies, and coordinating with member companies and trade associations. Key responsibilities include reviewing legal briefs, planning moot courts, and participating in member events. Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor degree, at least three years of trial and appellate litigation experience, and strong legal research and communication skills. A federal judicial clerkship and experience in regulatory or financial services litigation are preferred. The position offers a salary range of $200,000 to $240,000.
