Job Description
The organization is seeking a Counsel, Regulatory to provide legal guidance in support of its U.S. business focused on smoke-free products. This role involves advising on FDA regulatory strategies, ensuring compliance across product development and commercialization, and managing state-level regulatory challenges. The ideal candidate will have a J.D. and at least five years of legal experience, preferably in a highly regulated industry, with strong skills in legal judgment and communication. The position operates independently and requires the ability to navigate complex regulatory issues while collaborating with various teams. The annual salary range is $176,000 – $220,000.
