Job Description
The organization seeks law and graduate students for a Democracy, Speech & Technology Externship, focusing on the intersection of civil liberties, free speech, and technology. Externs will support litigation and policy work by conducting legal research, drafting advocacy materials, and assisting with local campaigns. Opportunities may include attending public hearings and court proceedings, as well as participating in departmental meetings. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, possess strong research and communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to social justice. Applicants must be enrolled in relevant graduate programs and able to commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week.
