Senator Jeanne Shaheen seeks an entrepreneurial and creative individual to serve as Deputy Press Secretary for a position based out of New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will be an organized self-starter with strong writing skills, strong attention to detail and experience working with reporters as well as social media platforms and graphic design programs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working with New Hampshire media outlets to pitch events and manage inquiries, drafting press materials, developing and managing a dynamic digital program in coordination with traditional media communications, and staffing and photographing the Senator for press events in-state.
