Sisters in Christ: Women of Purpose, Daughters of Promise is a Christ-centered organization dedicated to empowering women to embrace their divine identity and walk in intentional discipleship. This is a volunteer and remote Development Associate role. The Development Associate will support and enhance the organization’s fundraising efforts, conduct donor research, manage donor databases, and assist with communication efforts. Responsibilities include crafting compelling grant proposals, contributing to fundraising campaigns, analyzing donor trends, and fostering relationships with potential and existing donors. The role is integral in advancing the organization's mission by securing resources for its transformative initiatives.

• Excellent communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and presenting ideas effectively
• Proficiency in research and the ability to identify and engage donor prospects
• Experience in fundraising, campaign support, and grant writing

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in a non-profit organization or faith-based initiatives is a plus
