Job Description
The Miami Book Fair (MBF) seeks a detail-oriented and collaborative Development Coordinator to support fundraising and donor engagement efforts across corporate, foundation, in-kind, and media sponsors, as well as individual giving. This role provides essential administrative and project support for year-round development initiatives and major fundraising events, including MBF’s premier annual benefit, the Next Page Dinner. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Development Coordinator plays a key role in advancing MBF’s cultural and educational mission through strong donor stewardship, accurate data management, and cross-departmental coordination. This is an annual contractual position with the Miami Book Fair. The role is expected to be approximately 35 hours per week, with an hourly rate commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
