Job Description
A new non-profit in Spartanburg County is looking to hire a Development and Grants Manager to help strengthen their fundraising efforts, cultivate donor relationships, and secure sustainable funding for their organization. The ideal candidate will be a self starter and thrive on a small, mission driven team. This opportunity is direct hire.
Responsibilities:
- Implement fundraising strategies
- Manage donor communications and stewardship
- Support small fundraising events and campaigns
- Research and identify grant opportunities
- Write proposals and reports
- Represent the organization by attending community events
- Cultivate individual, business, and foundation donors
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of non profit development, fundraising or grant writing
- Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with donor databases
- Bachelors degree is preferred
Benefits & Compensation:
- $50,000 - $75,000
- PTO offered
