We are hiring a Development Operations Coordinator at Citizens Alliance of America.

Behind every $1M donor, every mail program, every grassroots push — there’s a disciplined system making sure checks are processed, donors are cared for, data is accurate, and nothing falls through the cracks.
That’s what this role is about.
We’re looking for someone early in their career who:
Loves organization and clean systems
Pays attention to details others miss
Follows through relentlessly
Is comfortable with spreadsheets, logistics, and administrative execution
Understands that excellence in the small things builds trust in the big things
This person will help manage gift processing, donor records, mail programs (including our Irish Potato initiatives), donor service requests, and the behind-the-scenes mechanics that keep our development engine running.
It’s not flashy.
But it’s foundational.
If you want to grow in nonprofit development, fundraising operations, or political infrastructure — and you’re willing to start by mastering the fundamentals — this is a strong entry point.
We’re building serious infrastructure. That requires serious people.
