Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Ads Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in digital advertising, content creation, and with client liaison work. This role will play a pivotal part in driving our client’s digital marketing efforts, optimizing campaigns, and delivering measurable results.
For the remainder of 2026, this position will be working on our agency’s voter contact and audience engagement efforts for candidates and campaigns. This position could lead either our agency’s texting or its advertising team as we are seeking to grow and add more people to this team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Execute advertising tactics to meet client objectives.
Manage multichannel marketing campaigns, including email, texting, social media, and digital advertising.
Content Creation and Management:
Participate in developing high-quality advertising content tailored to target audiences across various platforms.
Ensure all advertising content aligns with brand guidelines and client expectations.
Campaign Optimization:
Utilize data analytics to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular audits and testing to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with cross functional teams including design, technical, and client service to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Hard Skills
Experience on Meta, X and Google ad campaign management
Experience with Digital Advertisement Buying and Tracking Spending
Experience with Reporting on Ad Performance
