Digital Manager

About the Role: 

Stefany Shaheen for Congress is searching for a creative, driven staffer to serve as a Digital Manager to the campaign for a competitive district in NH-01. Stefany Shaheen is a passionate advocate for groundbreaking medical research and a successful entrepreneur. 

In this role, you will support the Communications & Digital Director for Stefany Shaheen for Congress. You will aid in capturing the energy of her campaign and introducing voters to her candidacy and story via digital content. You’ll be on the ground with Stefany, creating and sharing compelling content in real time. 

Who You Are: 

• You’re detail-oriented and can effectively capture visuals and voice for a candidate– You have some experience working in photography, videography, and digital content creation
• You’re proficient in simple graphic design and video editing 
• You are good at working on-the-go – you have no trouble drafting a Facebook post in the backseat of a car or taking an unscripted video with your phone 
• You have a good sense what performs on social media and why – you keep up with the trends and know how to tune content to your audience 
• You’re comfortable in fast-paced environments, and with a travel-heavy schedule
• You’re a team player with a good sense of humor 

What You’ll Do:  

• Staff Stefany on the road, capturing content at events, meetings, and other stops – produce daily content including photos, graphics, short videos, and written posts 
• Keep an organized process for photos, graphics, and videos
• Support media and talking points writing as needed
• Support short-form writing needs across the campaign’s owned communications

Compensation: 

This position is based in New Hampshire, and supporter housing can be provided. You have access to a car. Salary is $5,250 per month, commensurate with experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance.
