Director, Advocacy Engagement

The organization is seeking a Director of Advocacy Engagement to spearhead the mobilization and recruitment of the organization industry in support of its advocacy initiatives. This role involves developing and executing a strategic grassroots and grasstops engagement plan, maintaining communication with advocates, and activating supporters through various channels to influence public policy. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in government or advocacy, a strong understanding of the legislative process, and excellent communication skills. This in-office position is based in Washington, D.C., with a target salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 annually.
