What you’ll own:
• Growing a $1.5M+ fundraising portfolio
• 50–75 active major donor relationships
• Five- and six-figure gift strategy
• Corporate partnership growth (including crossover into our social enterprises)
• CRM health, segmentation, and 12-month forecasting
• Board activation in fundraising
• Donor diversification and risk reduction
You likely bring:
• 7–10+ years in major gifts fundraising
• A track record of personally closing significant asks
• Experience managing a $1M+ portfolio or comparable revenue target
• Strong CRM discipline and pipeline ownership
• Comfort inheriting founder-held relationships and earning trust over time
You operate like a revenue owner — not a support function. You are relational and high-EQ, but structured and metrics-driven.
