Director of Policy & Engagement

The organization seeks a Director of Policy & Engagement to lead initiatives that enhance policy-relevant research and align it with the needs of policymakers. This role involves directing both proactive and responsive policy engagement, managing external communications, and overseeing the production of reports and briefs that support the organization's mission. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of experience in program management, policy development, or advisory roles, along with strong writing and analytical skills. Experience with government relations and project management is essential, while a Master’s or Doctoral degree and international policy experience are preferred.
