The Office of Congresswoman Maggie Goodlander (NH-02) seeks an experienced District Director to lead the Congresswoman’s operations in New Hampshire.
This role is central to advancing the Congresswoman’s priorities on the ground and requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and a deep commitment to constituent service. The District Director will oversee district office operations, manage a team of staff, and ensure effective delivery of constituent services, outreach, grants support, and stakeholder engagement across the district.The District Director will represent the Congresswoman at events, meetings, and community engagements throughout New Hampshire and serve as a key liaison to federal, state, and local government partners, community leaders, and stakeholders. Working closely with the Chief of Staff and Washington, DC staff, the District Director will help ensure district priorities and local developments inform the Congresswoman’s legislative and communications work.
This position is based in Concord, New Hampshire, with frequent travel across the state. The salary range for this position is $110,000–$130,000, commensurate with experience.
