Job Description
The New York State Unified Court System is seeking a Principal Court Analyst in the Office for Justice Initiatives, Office of Diversity and Inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with statewide programs to promote and enhance workforce diversity and community outreach.
- Planning logistics for virtual and in-person meetings, conferences and statewide educational events.
- Assisting with outreach and professional development communications to UCS fraternal and affinity organizations, community groups, educational groups, civic organizations and others to implement enhanced diversity and inclusion initiatives within the UCS workforce.
- Assisting with implicit bias and related training programs.
- Serving as a liaison to statewide Justice Coordinators.
- Identify and utilize creative and inclusive social media communications to diverse communities.
- Compiling diversity reports and analysis of Judicial Districts and various court types.
- This position is based in New York City and statewide travel will be required.
Qualifications: One year in the Senior Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Base Salary: $84,659 + $4,920 Location Pay
