This full-time Donor Services & Cultivation Manager position is an on-site role based in Nashville, TN. The selected candidate will oversee donor relations and cultivation efforts to strengthen and enhance the organization's fundraising initiatives. Responsibilities include managing donor records, organizing donor engagement activities, implementing cultivation strategies, preparing reports on donor contributions, coordinating fundraising campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational fundraising goals.
