Job Description
The organization seeks an Election Coordinator to join its grassroots campaign efforts in an assigned district, requiring relocation for a minimum of one month. This full-time, on-site role involves engaging with voters directly by knocking on doors and discussing pro-the organization candidates, with a commitment of 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. The coordinator will work closely with a Field Director to set and track campaign goals, gaining hands-on experience in grassroots campaigning. Ideal candidates should be physically capable of sustained walking, possess strong communication skills for engaging with strangers, and have access to a smartphone.
