Job Description
Vitality Healthcare Management has a full-time hybrid Executive
Assistant position open. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and organizational support
to the executive leadership team. This
individual serves as a key partner in managing calendars, coordinating meetings
and travel, preparing communications and presentations, and supporting special
projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of
managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.

Required Qualifications:
·
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred;
equivalent experience considered
·
3+ years of experience in executive or
administrative support (healthcare, senior living, or nonprofit preferred)
·
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google
Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
·
Strong written and verbal communication skills
·
Excellent organizational skills, attention to
detail, and time management
·
Ability to handle multiple tasks with
flexibility and a positive attitude
