What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding the CEO's matters, prioritizing and determining appropriate actions
- Provide comprehensive support to the Board of Directors, including logistics for meetings and events
- Proactively manage the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, and organize internal and external meetings
- Assist in fundraising and business development by coordinating materials for donor meetings and managing proposal processes
- Create documents, reports, and presentations while maintaining communication with staff and stakeholders
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Strong work ethic with a solutions-oriented mindset and a desire to contribute to a collegial atmosphere
- Exceptional writing, research, and presentation skills
- Advanced skills in office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting technologies (Zoom, MS Teams)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and manage multiple tasks independently
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in administrative support within a nonprofit or similar environment
- Familiarity with fundraising processes and donor management
- Strong organizational and project management skills
