What is the Fair Fight Fellows (FFF) Program?

Fair Fight Fellows is a paid-internship program for people interested in learning and participating in the effort to ensure free and fair elections for all. The Fellow's time commitment will be 10 to 20 hours per week and hours are flexible to accommodate personal schedules; academic or otherwise. All fellows will receive a stipend of $1,200 per month.

Fellowships are three months in length and begin right away. If you are in an academic program and are chosen as a Fellow, Fair Fight Action will work with you to fulfill any academic requirements your school might have in order for you to receive credit for your internship.

At the conclusion of the Fellows program, participants will be able to:

What You'll Do

  • Assist with data entry and volunteer support for the Democracy Watch program. This program recruits, engages, trains, and supports volunteers to be pro-voter advocates within their home counties.

  • Respond to voters to provide needed resources and as needed follow-up to document their experience.
  • Monitor and report out on Georgia county and state election meetings, in real-time.
  • Moderate volunteer trainings and meetings; assist with taking attendees, facilitating technology such as Zoom, drafting internal and external facing communications, presentations, and other materials.

Who You Are

We are seeking undergraduate or graduate students who are detail-oriented do-ers with a large capacity to learn new things quickly, an enthusiasm for empowering voters, and a problem-solving spirit of yes.

Additionally, Fair Fight Fellows identify as:
