We serve our clients through the following types of work:
- Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design, and development (web, mobile, social, physical).
- eCommerce strategy, implementation, and operations.
- Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development, and execution.
- Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results.
Work You’ll Do
- Provide subject matter expertise in the Federal Health space to advise on strategic priorities of the client program.
- Prioritize standing up alternative examination modalities such as participation of target audience at engagement events, as well as emerging opportunities to service the population.
- Serve as a point of contact for interactions with client executives.
- Serve as a project management lead for emerging programs setting up new examination modalities.
- Lead the dissemination of information between the client office and key operational workstreams.
- Create User Experience initiatives across the program to drive engagement and overall customer satisfaction.
- Address ad hoc operational impacts and drive customer interactions to limit disruptions during natural disasters and legislative changes.
- Identify new partnerships to enhance the programs support of client initiatives and priorities.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 6+ years of experience in managing and overseeing a team.
- 4+ years of prior work experience in or with the Federal Government.
- 2+ years of experience and aptitude for working and communicating with many diverse stakeholders, teams, and clients face-to-face.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for understanding project needs/requirements and relaying those across workstreams and clients succinctly and professionally.
- Strong organizational and management skills to maintain and track towards project timelines and milestones, field and prioritize ad hoc requests from clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Prior consulting experience.
- Prior work experience managing PMO deliverables within the Federal Government and/or Deloitte GPS.
- Prior experience working in the healthcare industry.
