Job Description
The organization is seeking candidates for a year-long Fellowship Program aimed at developing the organization leaders through hands-on training in policy analysis, legislative advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. This role involves contributing to advocacy strategies and statewide initiatives while collaborating with legislative leadership to translate policy priorities into actionable the organization-centered initiatives. Fellows will participate in workshops and real-world advocacy experiences, engaging directly in the legislative process, including bill analysis and policy development. The program is set to run from September 2026 to June 2027, focusing on progressive development through phased learning and statewide engagement.
