Job Description
The organization seeks a bilingual Field Organizer to support its voter contact program in the organization County. This role involves executing direct voter outreach efforts, including canvassing, phone banking, and texting, while meeting specific recruitment and contact goals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, be able to manage and train volunteers, and demonstrate a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be prepared for long hours, including evenings and weekends, and must have reliable transportation and familiarity with Google Workspace. This is a full-time, on-site position with a monthly salary of $3,500.
