Job Description
US Senator Jon Ossoff (D-GA)’s campaign team is seeking a full-time Finance Associate, based in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities include:
1) Call Time + Follow Up
2) Fundraising Events
3) Acknowledgement Letters
4) Donor Outreach
5) Misc. Fundraising Tasks
Applicants for this position must:
o Be extremely detail oriented
o Be motivated to work independently without a formal office space
o Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Have proven organizational skills
o Be comfortable communicating on the telephone
o Have a professional manner and be comfortable interacting with supporters of all backgrounds
o Be punctual
o Be available to work some nights and weekends
o Have a demonstrated interest in Democratic politics
o Be trustworthy and discreet with confidential information
o Live in Atlanta or be willing to relocate there within reasonable amount of time
The following is not required but would be beneficial:
o Experience using NGP VAN database
o Experience researching donors and thinking creatively about donor universes
o Experience running professional virtual events
o Experience working on a political campaign or in a non-profit development department
Salary range will be $3,500 to $4,500 per month and will be commensurate with experience.
