Democratic candidate seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finance Director to join our team. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan to meet our campaign's financial goals, with an emphasis on immediately generating donations.
2. Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with major donors, including individuals, corporations, and political action committees.
3. Oversee all campaign fundraising events, including organizing, budgeting, and executing high-profile events and smaller, targeted gatherings.
4. Collaborate with the campaign team to ensure that fundraising strategies align with overall campaign messaging and goals.
5. Manage donor database, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of all contributions.
6. Monitor fundraising trends and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to maximize donations.
7. Coordinate with campaign leadership and staff to develop and execute targeted outreach and communication strategies to potential donors.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant campaign finance laws and regulations.
