Job Description
The organization is seeking a Financial Innovation & Regulation Associate with 3–4 years of financial regulatory experience to join its practice in Washington, DC or New York. This role involves advising banks, fintech companies, and other financial services clients on a variety of regulatory matters, including banking, consumer finance, payments, and securities. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in financial technology and digital asset regulations, along with prior law firm experience. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the New York or DC Bar are required, along with excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills.
