Summary


Summary

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Directorate for Mission Integration (MI) creates a consistent and holistic view of intelligence from collection to analysis and serves as the Director of National Intelligence's (DNI) principal advisor on all aspects of intelligence. MI integrates mission capabilities, informs enterprise resource and policy decisions, and ensures the delivery of timely, objective, accurate, and relevant intelligence.


Duties

Plan and perform/participate in liaison coordinated intelligence activities in partnership with the IC, U.S. Government agencies, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) elements, military, state, local, tribal, private sector partners, and foreign partners to leverage existing information sharing capabilities and align policies, standards, systems, and information.


Assist in staffing Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) foreign relationship activities, primarily in concert with National Intelligence Managers. Work closely with other NIMC and ODNI staff to provide support for DNI and PDDNI engagements, foreign travel, and visits with interlocutors including staffing visit requests, correspondence, Executive Point Papers, Talking Points, and memoranda documenting the engagements.


Disseminate correspondence for foreign partners and memoranda documenting engagements via cable.


Assist NIMC develop foreign partnership-related strategic plans as well as assessments of the effectiveness and potential of key foreign intelligence partnerships.


Maintain records and key metrics related to ODNI foreign engagements.


Participate in the NIMC program to support overseas DNI Representatives and to facilitate understanding of their roles and responsibilities as the DNI's Representative.


Provide support, as needed, to the Foreign Relations Committee.


Participate in collaborative activities with partners and other government agencies; as requested, represent the organization in interagency working groups, and in doing so, effectively recognize, value, build, and leverage diverse and collaborative networks with these organizations.


Assist in organizing working groups, meetings, boards, and other forums to exchange information, develop recommendations, resolve issues, and implement specific policies regarding foreign partnership and engagement issues.
