Primary Work Setting: Door-to-Door / Street / MixedCompensationBase Pay: Guaranteed $20 an hour, plus performance-based incentives (non-commission-based). Benefits are available after 3 months of full-time employment (see details below).ScheduleEmployment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Typical Shift Times: Anywhere between 10:30 am-8:00 pm, with weekend availability
Minimum Availability Required: four, 8-hour shifts (minimum 32 hours per week)

What you’ll doAs a Fundraiser, you will:Have real, face-to-face conversations with people

Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism and care

Educate the public about social, environmental, and humanitarian causes

Help secure long-term, sustainable monthly support

Work toward clear daily and weekly goals

Receive ongoing training, feedback, and mentorship

You’ll spend your day out in public spaces, talking with people — not sitting behind a desk.
