Generation Housing Policy Director

The organization is seeking a Policy Director to spearhead the organization policy and advocacy initiatives in Sonoma County and the North Bay. This strategic role involves monitoring policy developments, crafting advocacy strategies, and fostering relationships with public officials and community partners. The Policy Director will lead efforts to enhance the organization affordability and production while supervising a Policy Coordinator and contributing to the organization's long-term policy agenda. Ideal candidates will have experience in policy development, a solid understanding of California the organization issues, and strong communication skills. A master's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
