Job Description
The organization seeks a Government Affairs Intern to support its advocacy efforts focused on public policy issues affecting individuals aged 50 and older. The intern will engage in research, assist with policy analysis, and help develop advocacy strategies related to health insurance, caregiving, and elder abuse prevention. Ideal candidates are rising juniors or seniors, graduate students, or post-doctoral students with strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. This paid internship is set to begin in Summer 2026, with the potential for extension.
