Job Description
The organization is seeking a Government Affairs Intern for a 12-week summer program focused on agriculture and agribusiness. This role involves supporting the Government Affairs team by conducting public policy research, monitoring legislative developments, and engaging with stakeholders. Interns will gain hands-on experience in advocacy efforts and will have the opportunity to present their findings to leadership. Ideal candidates are college students pursuing degrees in related fields, with strong research, writing, and communication skills, as well as a keen interest in public policy and regulatory issues. Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $24.00 per hour.
