The organization seeks a Government & External Affairs Intern to support its corporate legislative strategy focused on passenger rail investment. This role involves attending meetings on Capitol Hill, conducting research, and assisting with documentation and correspondence related to congressional activities. Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field, with at least two years of undergraduate studies completed and a GPA of 2.8 or higher. Strong writing skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential, along with a basic understanding of legislative processes and the transportation industry. This is an onsite position with an hourly pay range of $18.00 to $35.00.
