The organization is seeking a full-time Graduate Student Summer Fellow to join its Policy Team, focusing on local public policy and administration in the Washington, DC-Baltimore area. This unpaid position involves supporting research initiatives, analyzing data, and drafting reports and policy recommendations. The Fellow will engage in projects aimed at enhancing governance, including energy affordability and equitable fee collection, while also having the opportunity to propose a self-directed project. Ideal candidates should be currently enrolled in a graduate program related to public policy or urban planning, possess strong research and communication skills, and have prior experience in government or nonprofit sectors.
