Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Nonprofit Development, based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area with some work-from-home flexibility. The responsibilities include overseeing the nonprofit development strategy, managing annual giving campaigns, leading donor stewardship initiatives, and developing impactful programs to expand access in underserved communities. The role also entails monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of nonprofit efforts, building relationships with stakeholders, and aligning nonprofit objectives with MammoLink®’s mission to improve health equity and outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, assess program performance, and develop actionable insights for impact measurement.
  • Excellent Communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders, securing donor support, and articulating the nonprofit's mission and goals effectively.
  • Proven expertise in Annual Giving and Stewardship to cultivate donor relationships, manage campaigns, and optimize fundraising initiatives.
  • Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) to track program outcomes and ensure alignment with nonprofit and organizational goals.
  • Proficient leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage teams and multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business administration, public health, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry or nonprofit health-focused organizations is a plus.
