We're looking for a Health Policy Research Analyst to support our federal client in Aurora, Colorado, working at the intersection of health care reimbursement, policy development, and government operations. You'll work side-by-side with clinicians and government staff to shape reimbursement policy that directly impacts how medical claims are paid under TRICARE's purchased care health plan.

  • Can quickly and accurately analyze vast amounts of data to identify trends and patterns that will inform reimbursement policy development
  • Have reviewed contracts for compliance with government regulations and legal requirements
  • Stay ahead of trends in health care delivery, value-based purchasing, and reimbursement systems
  • Thrive in dynamic, fast paced environments and juggle multiple priorities with ease

You'll bring: ✔A relevant Bachelor's degree (public health, public policy, health administration, economics, political science or similar) ✔Strong research and analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative) ✔Excellent verbal and written communication skills ✔Creativity, innovation, and superior problem solving skills ✔Flexibility and initiative ✔Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ✔The ability to obtain or currently possess a Public Trust ✔Proximity to Aurora, CO

Bonus points for an advanced degree, experience with SAS or R, or database proficiency.
