The organization seeks a Senior Intelligence Team Lead to oversee contract management, staffing, and financial reporting within the Latin America intelligence sector. This role involves directing both employees and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and maintaining technical and cost baselines. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 12 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis, including 3 years in a supervisory role. Familiarity with defense intelligence processes and the ability to integrate AI and machine learning into analysis workflows are essential. An active TS/SCI with Poly is required.
