Legal Internship, Immigration Impact LAB

The organization seeks a second or third-year law student for a Fall internship within its Immigration Impact Lab, focusing on the organization and litigation. The intern will assist with appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and U.S. Courts of Appeal, as well as contribute to class action cases, amicus briefs, and habeas petitions. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting petitions, and collaborating with community advocacy groups. Ideal candidates should have strong research and writing skills, a commitment of at least 15 hours per week, and a passion for immigration law and social justice. Spanish fluency is preferred, and the position is remote.
