Organization: NCTA – The Internet & Television Association

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid — remote Mondays & Fridays)

Duration: June 1 – August 7, 2026 (10 weeks)

Compensation: $25/hr (Undergraduate)

NCTA’s legal department monitors and participates in all relevant federal regulatory proceedings. Intern responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Assists with legal research and writing.
  • Drafts all or part of regulatory filings and pleadings.
  • Attends and summarizes meetings, conferences, etc., on issues related to broadband, media, and wireless.

Background/Skills/Abilities Preferred:

  • Rising 3L at an accredited U.S. law school
  • Responsibilities include legal research, summarizing regulatory filings, attending meetings, and drafting filings/pleadings related to broadband, video, and wireless spectrum
