Legislative Analyst

The organization is seeking a Legislative Analyst to support its strategic legislative initiatives. This role involves analyzing legislation that impacts the organization, developing policies and procedures, and maintaining relationships with local, state, and federal officials. Key responsibilities include monitoring political developments, synthesizing impact analyses, and assisting City Council members with inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least four years of experience managing legislative projects, with a preference for those who have worked with the Texas Legislature. This position may require attendance at evening and weekend meetings.
