The organization seeks a Legislative Intern for the 2026-2027 Legislative Session, based in Olympia, WA. This part-time role involves representing the student voice at board meetings, tracking relevant legislation, and preparing testimony for legislative committees. Interns will engage with state legislators, assist in recruiting student testimonies, and participate in strategic meetings to understand the college system's operations. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Washington state community or technical college, with a GPA of 2.5 or higher preferred, and possess strong communication skills and an interest in state government.
