Job Title: Marketing Manager, BioBridge

Shift: Monday-Friday, Day Shift

FLSA: Exempt


General Summary

The Marketing Manager reports to the Director, Marketing and is responsible for supporting the implementation of marketing strategies to grow BioBridge Global’s (BBG) brand in the Advanced Therapies industry and promote its subsidiaries’ products and services. He/She will collaborate with BBG Advanced Therapies subject matter experts (SMEs), and support services to execute B2B marketing activities. Responsibilities include execution of, promotional and lead generation programs, digital and social media campaigns. Duties will include execution of brand awareness campaigns, advertising placements, digital and email marketing.

Provide world class customer service by capturing and being responsive to the voice of the customer (internal or external, including donors for select positions) through multiple feedback channels in order to resolve issues and drive satisfaction in accordance with the BBG customer engagement, feedback, and complaint processes.

It is essential that the incumbent have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old with a good driving
record to meet organization driving standards.


Major Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Tasks

Support and execute marketing activities for the BBG Advanced Therapies business unit.
Collaborate with the BBG Advanced Therapies team to execute marketing campaigns and lead generation activities, report performance metrics and distribute leads
Manage the BBG Advanced Therapies social media content calendar.
Execute paid promotional campaigns such as eblasts, banner ads.
Execute email marketing campaigns based on criteria defined by BBG Advanced Therapies.
Identify opportunities to elevate the BBG Advanced Therapies brand.
Submit new and existing sales and marketing collateral through Master Control for review and approval.
Support website content and navigation updates in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
Participate in marketing activities related to the development of new products and services managed through
New Product Commercialization (NPC) process.
Support general marketing activities as needed.
Thought Leadership:
  • Research and recommend thought leadership opportunities.
  • Facilitate thought leadership strategic planning meetings.
  • Maintain thought leadership activities tracking and reporting.
Performs other duties as assigned.


Non-Essential Tasks

As appropriate, support strategic projects related to BBG business development efforts.

Education

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university. The required major is marketing, communication, business, or related field from an accredited university.
Will accept experience as equivalent to education.


Licenses and/or Certifications

Valid United States Driver’s License
Network+, Security+ or Cisco Certified Technician Routing and Switching desired.
CCNA, or higher-level certification preferred.


Experience

Requires five years of B2B marketing experience in a regulated industry, preferably healthcare.


Knowledge

Must have working knowledge of B2B marketing strategies/platforms, digital marketing, social media, and
SEO/SEM.
Must obtain working knowledge of regulatory/quality requirements and perform within all Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs) and policies.


Skills

Must be capable of operating motor vehicles in all types of weather conditions.
Must have experience using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Abilities

Must be able to collaborate across departments and present to key decision makers.
Must be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with the public, employees, and management staff.
Must be able to keep information confidential.
Must be able to perform multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Must be neat in appearance and well groomed.
Must be professional, detail oriented, self-motivated, creative, assertive, organized, and can work independently.


Working Environment

Works in a well-lighted, air conditioned and heated office. May be exposed to electrical and chemical hazards and other conditions common to an office environment. May be required to work at any time of the day, evening or night during the week or weekend. May require out-of-town and overnight stays occasionally required (no more than 25%) Occupational Exposure Assignment - Category II


Physical Requirements

Will sit, stand, walk, and bend during working hours.
Requires ability to reach, lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
Requires manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
Requires normal or corrected vision and hearing corrected to a normal range.
