Organizer

The organization seeks an Organizer to champion the organization in the Phoenix or Tucson area. This role involves recruiting and mobilizing members and volunteers to support legislation and candidates aligned with the organization rights. The Organizer will build relationships within the community, coordinate events, and develop leadership among volunteers, particularly focusing on engaging young and diverse individuals. Ideal candidates should have experience in community organizing or advocacy, strong communication skills, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. This full-time position offers a hybrid work arrangement with a salary range of $55,000 to $68,000.
