Reports To: Sarah Fanslau, Director of Program Impact and Evaluation

Contract Duration: 6 months, with possible extension

Hours: 30 hours per week

Compensation: $5,000 per month

Position Summary

Creative Visions, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and United Nations NGO, empowers creative activists worldwide to raise awareness of critical issues and drive positive change through impact storytelling. The Impact Education programs at Creative Visions empower youth to confront complex challenges through creative action, with Students Rebuild serving as a flagship initiative engaging young people in creative expression around pressing social issues.

The Outreach and Partnerships Manager will expand Students Rebuild's reach by cultivating relationships with schools, districts, youth-serving organizations, and community partners across the U.S. and internationally. This role focuses on growing program participation, diversifying our network, and ensuring partners have the resources and support they need to successfully engage youth in our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Development and Management

  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with schools, districts, youth-serving organizations, and community partners to increase participation in Students Rebuild
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to expand the program's geographic and demographic reach, both domestically and internationally
  • Leverage existing networks and relationships in the youth development space to accelerate partnership growth
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for partner organizations, providing responsive support and guidance
  • Track partnership pipeline and maintain accurate records in organizational systems

Educator and Partner Support

  • Connect partners with relevant resources, curricula, and materials to support successful participation
  • Facilitate peer connections among educators across the network

Communications and Outreach

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute outreach materials, including email campaigns, social media content, and promotional resources
  • Represent Creative Visions and Students Rebuild at virtual and in-person events, conferences, and community forums as needed
  • Contribute to newsletter content and partner communications

Program Administration and Reporting

  • Track outreach activities, partnership development, and participation metrics
  • Contribute to reports measuring program reach and partner engagement
  • Support data collection efforts to inform future outreach strategies
