POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an organized and motivated entry-level Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Online, a talent for keeping operations running smoothly, and a willingness to learn new administrative skills. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a quickly-growing tech organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with regular administrative tasks including data entry, software account management, and email correspondence
  • Manage and organize administrative files, including insurance records, contracts, and licenses
  • Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and assist with financial reporting
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide general office support
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be based in the US
  • 1+ years of administrative experience preferred, but not required
  • A degree in finance/accounting preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
