The Ford Agency is seeking a motivated and collaborative PT Social Media Intern to join our team! This individual will be responsible for managing our LinkedIn, creating graphics and written content to drive engagement with clients and candidates. If you have experience with creating an engaging brand presence on LinkedIn, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities Include:
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.

Responsibilities Include:
- Create strategic digital advertising plans for client and candidate engagement
- Create and edit engaging LinkedIn posts
- Increase company’s LI page traffic and analyze usage data to best strategize
- Identify and assess other digital outreach platforms
- Assist with additional projects as needed
- Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Strong technical skills: Canva, MS Office
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Interest or prior exposure in the recruiting industry
