Policy Counsel

The organization is seeking a Policy Counsel to enhance caseflow management and reduce delays within trial and appellate the organization systems. This role involves developing rules and standards for effective case management, providing legal guidance, and evaluating processes to recommend operational improvements. The Policy Counsel will also deliver training, facilitate discussions among judicial staff, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission to the bar are required, along with two to five years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the organization administration or caseflow management. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $109,000 to $115,700.
