Policy Counsel/Analyst

The organization is seeking a Policy Counsel or Analyst to join its policy-advocacy team, focusing on advancing the organization rights through legislative and regulatory initiatives. This role involves drafting policy documents, analyzing legislation, and developing client stories to support advocacy efforts. The successful candidate will maintain relationships with elected officials, particularly in Chicago, and collaborate with various stakeholders to promote equitable policies for immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers. A bachelor's degree and two to three years of relevant experience are required, with a preference for candidates holding a J.D. or a Master's in Public Policy.
