Policy Director

The organization seeks a Policy Director to lead strategic advocacy efforts aimed at advancing civil liberties and rights in the organization. This senior role involves developing and implementing multifaceted campaigns, engaging with community leaders, and lobbying at the state legislature. The director will supervise the Advocacy Department, build relationships with stakeholders, and collaborate with various departments to enhance policy proposals. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of policy advocacy experience, a commitment to equity, and strong communication skills. A bachelor's degree is required, with a JD or advanced degree preferred.
