Job Description
The Monica De La Cruz campaign is looking for a motivated individual for the Political Director position for the 2026 campaign cycle. Ideal applicants should have previous campaign experience in Texas and either have campaign experience in or be from the Rio Grande Valley region. Compensation is based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with elected officials, stakeholders, and volunteers.
- Represent the campaign at various political events throughout the district.
- Work alongside the campaign manager to develop and execute an aggressive voter contact operation.
- Manage volunteers and interns for voter contact operations and daily office tasks.
